Birds Nest Eggs are a family favorite!

Birds Nest Eggs

Ingredients:
4 slices of bread
4 eggs
Margerine or butter

Directions:
1. Cut a 2 inch holle in the center of the bread, using a small juice glass  or tear hole by hand.  Save hole cutout.

2. Melt margerine in a 12 inch skillet or griddle on low heat.

3. Place bread slices in skillet.

4. Break one egg at a time and place each egg into the hole center.

5. Place hole cutout in pan next to egg to brown.

6. Cook until egg is set.

7. With a spatula, turn the bread and egg over to cook the other side.

8.  Turn the hole cutout over.

9.  About a minute later, or when cooked, use a spatula to put on plate to eat.

Tip:  If you do not have a large skillet, this may be done twice in a small skillet
